Seniors - I believe that seniors should not pay municipal taxes, if they have paid taxes for 50 years and are below the poverty level.

By-pass - the bypass is a mess! It was voted on to provide a bypass, which means no stopping. However has turned into a haven for businesses and no longer serves as a bypass.

Trucks - we need stricter regulations for truck routes, they destroy our roads and should only be on main roads.

Too much government - we are over-governed The best government is the least possible government. Citizens will disobey or ignore to many laws.

Our roads are too narrow - the developed community is using more land. Cars parking on both sides of the road doesn’t allow enough room and is a safety issue. The developers and the Chamber of Commerce have to much influence on development.

Too much in reports - Township staff reports are getting longer. This is obfuscation.

The meat of the material should be on two pages or less, supporting documents attached.

Too much development without infrastructure bylaws and Development Permits. There is no cohesive development plan for Langley. Bad Planning and not following the OCP. No development should take place unless the services are in the ground. There should be a master plan for roads and services and adhered to by all developers. We should be working with the surrounding local governments to integrate our roads and services with them.

I still believe in Zero based budgeting - any money not used in one year should not be included in the following years budget. The new budget should not be based on previous years budget.

Zero avenue - I do not believe in speed bumps and should look at widening and updating the roads.

Council should not be in the development and rezoning business - people should be assured that once they get zoning it should be permanent. One council cannot make decisions for another.

Tree protection policy - stricter controls over taking down trees from our ALR. Need Bylaw!

Our young people deserve clean air, clean water, productive land to build their future. We are denying it and they are going into crime and drugs. They see no future them.

I only listen to the voice on the people.
